Prosci 3 day Change Management Certification program

Intensive 3-day course which enables the participant to efficiently and successfully carry out the organisational side of change by using a structured process and a set of specially developed tools. The open courses are held in beautiful surroundings at Helenekilde Badehotel in Tisvildeleje, Denmark, or at Sigtunastiftelsen in Sigtuna, Sweden.

During the course, the participants will:

• Use Prosci’s method and tools on actual projects from their own organisation
• Use Prosci’s best practice results, based on input from more than 2000 companies and organisations worldwide.
• Learn to use the Prosci ADKAR^® model to support managers in effectively lead employees through a change
• Design a change strategy for their own project
• Create and present a presentation of the strategy

Who should attend?

The course is for managers and employees responsible for leading or developing specific change projects or building up the change competences of the organisation. This includes project managers, HR managers/consultants, organisation developers, project members, managers with change responsibilities, consultants and trainers. 

The methodology and corresponding toolkit have been developed by Prosci and are based on research within change projects carried out in more than 2000 organisations in 65 countries over the last 12 years. The method is effective, easy to work with and usable in all types of changes.
